Why I Train At Gambaru

There are a lot of reasons that I consider Gambaru to be my home when it comes to training for the challenges I set to raise money for MSF. The philosophy of the personal effort being the achievement rather than being the best in the room is right up there. The ‘never give up’ attitude that exudes from every helpful and knowledgeable member of staff and finally the ability to lift gigantic Marrows.

Jonathan Walker , the owner of Gambaru is seen above lifting a near 55kg beast in this photo. The picture was taken at the Harrogate Autumn Flower Show and was featured in The Telegraph HERE.

With this team on my side I think I will be running across America never mind walking.

Have a listen to this lovely song, It takes a tick to open but its worth it:

02 The Marrow Song (Oh What a Beauty)
