A wonderful night for Tracey and I last night at the beautiful and friendly Harrogate Club.

Thank you to all of the members especially Andrew, Todd, Sylvia, and Helen who were so kind to us. Thank you to Terri and the staff in the kitchen for a remarkable vegan meal for me and non vegan grub for Tracey. 

After the meal we spoke about MSF, my missions and the focus : USA 4001 – the bike ride across the States. This was enthusiastically received with lots of interest and questions at the end. The donations were generous in the extreme and over £300 will be split across both Tracey and my fundraising pages.
