Many thanks to everyone who welcomed Tracey and I to The Harrogate Club tonight. I have given my MSF presentation at many venues down the years but this one is a real gem with kind and generous people who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Particular thanks to David and Andrew as well as the lovely ladies in the kitchen who made me a very happy little vegan tonight.
