Very soon Tracey and I will be heading to Amsterdam in preparation for the start of  the Ride to the Rock challenge for Médecins Sans Frontières  / Doctors Without Borders (MSF) . We will leave the MSF office on the morning of Monday 9th May. Prior to this I plan to spend a few days chatting with various media outlets and publicising the ride in The Netherlands.

I now have ONE WEEK (Friday 15th April)  before I need to send our sponsors logos to MI Supplies  who are branding our kit.

We will of course be able to accept sponsorship after this but the logos will not be on our clothing.

The ride is split into 3 stages :

Amsterdam to Geneva

Geneva to Barcelona

Barcelona to Gibraltar

We still have one stage sponsorship available – the Geneva to Barcelona leg. If you sponsor this stage with a donation of £5000 you will get :
