Tough day today. Sara left and from here I am alone. I will hugely miss her support and company. She has been amazing over the last 5 weeks. Her goal to walk to Paris was achieved with great determination. I admire her very much.

We went up to Charles de Gaulle airport about 1330 . I had a coffee with her and we said a goodbye. I felt upset as i left .

Back in town I distracted myself with a cinema visit before going to watch the sun go down at the Eiffel tower.

I will be on my way tomorrow morning after breakfast. I need to be back on the road to focus on my goal and completing the next phase – Paris to Geneva.
