As you will remember, last year Tracey and I completed our Ride to the Rock bike ride from Amsterdam to Gibraltar. This was of course a fundraiser for Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF).

During our trip we met many wonderful people. One of those was Stefan Thelen. We met Stefan in France and again in Barcelona. Stefan told us in Barca that he was planning to head off on another long distance ride in ‘23.

He is now in Macedonia on the road from northern Germany to Istanbul. This in itself is magnificent but he is also doing it as a fundraiser for Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders.
