Thank you to all the lovely ladies who came along to my MSF talk to Marton cum Grafton WI on Thursday. Organised by my friend Steph, this was a return visit to a group who have always welcomed me warmly.
On this visit the ladies donated a fantastic total of £251 to MSF. I am so grateful for this generosity.
The last few of days have been absolutely fantastic, my presentation at Studley Roger on Wednesday was lovely and the next day, the fundraiser hit the £160,000 mark.
As I have said a number of times, the Fundraising allows me to feel like I have a degree of control in a world where decisions and actions / inactions by so called “world leaders” seem to dominate our lives.
Thank you once again to everyone at the WI in McG and to all of you who continue to make this fundraising project so impactful.
