A short walk today. It has however been a pleasure for one reason. I met the remarkable Laurence Smith who you see in the pic. I met Lawrence on the road this morning and we talked for an hour or so. He is cycling to Alaska over about 15 months and looking to raise money for some great charities. I would ask everyone who looks at this site to check this amazing young mans website come ride with me

It is a beautiful day and the sunflowers added to my cheer as I walked along a fairly busy but direct road.
