In just 7 days Tracey and I will head to Amsterdam. We are going to spend a week in the city connecting with some media outlets and hopefully some schools. Then. On 9th May we will set off from the Médecins Sans Frontières office on the first stage – the ANSELL stage of our ‘Ride to the Rock.

The ANSELL stage runs from Amsterdam to Geneva, we then have an unsponsored (currently) stage from Geneva to Barcelona before we start the TOYOTA GIBRALTAR STOCKHOLDINGS (TGS) stage from Barca to Gibraltar.

While we are away it would be amazing if you could consider running a fundraiser back home. We have a number of events taking place at the moment. Fantastic donations are coming in weekly from the ‘Training in Swindon’ exercise group. Here in Harrogate, my friend and colleague Sarah is running a beauty product hamper raffle. Tickets are selling very well for the Tropic with Sarah Connor – Hamper and it looks like a great fundraiser. A few weeks back my great pals at Harrogate Community Radio ran a metal night : Metal Sans Frontières. Finally, last week, Tracey ran a jumble sale that raised over £1000 for MSF!
