So, last Sunday saw the long awaited return of Burlesque Bachata Bonanza at the Ivory. It was very much worth waiting for. A superb show, a lot of fun and a great fundraiser for Doctors Without Borders.

We had burlesque from :

Mrs No Overall

Maisie Martini

Gydaaa

Queenie Von Rene

Penny Rocket

Anne Addiction

Hot Milk

Harlow Kitty

Anita Dans

Lola Chocolat

Morning Star

Ami led the Bachata classes and Joe Black held the night together with wit and panache.

We had a fantastic raffle and an incredible and competitive auction for the beautiful print of David Rusbatch’s work “Always”. This was very generously donated by RedHouse Originals gallery.

By the end of this highly entertaining evening £400 was raised for Doctors Without Borders. This will change / save many lives.

I would like to thank all of the performers, the staff at the Ivory, the audience and most of all Rachel who made this happen. She worked tirelessly to make this show the success it was. She can’t rest for too long however as we all want MORE MORE MORE!!

Thank you all. X
