So, here we are, the last blog for a while. I’m sorry it’s late in the day – technically a new day but hey.

I spent 2 hours with Susana and Anna at the MSF fundraising section this am. I could not have spent time with more lovely people. Thank you to both for your interest and enthusiasm.

Sara, Doreen and I went to Palau Guell’s Gaudi designed house just up from the MSF office. The photos you see are from the rooftop of this house.

This evening I have spent time catching up with my inspirational friend Alessandro Vincenzi. It is Alessandro’s MSF IDP camp photo that is for sale in Redhouse Originals Gallery in Harrogate. It was a pleasure to catch up with him and to meet the beautiful Rosemary and Mathaius. I will see you all again soon.

I have so many people to thank, everyone who has commented or sent a message and by that supported me on the walk, all the businesses that have helped in one way or another (please have a look at the supporters section) and everyone ive met en route. You have all added a bit to my overwhelming sense of faith in my fellow man. Thank you.

I have added photos with PREMIER TELECOMS because without their help the walk would not have been communicated to you all. I would like to thank Premier and specifically Darren Ridge and Tim Howe for their support. Amazing company and incredible unconditional support to me and MSF.

Gambaru Gym in Harrogate also have to be mentioned specifically as Jonathan and Francesca worked so hard to get fat boy running (or walking in this case). The never give up philosophy isn’t just a tag, Jonathan proves that everyday.I had nothing but positivity from these guys and if you live in the ‘gate and want to improve your life, this would be a good place to start.

The thanks list could go on a long time. Please have a look at the supporters page off the website. There are some amazing individuals and companies that have cared enough to help.

Finally, Mr and Mrs Prince. Without your abuse, slander and rudeness – I would have been happy! However, without your knowledge, skills, advice and friendship none of this would have happened. I really mean that. I owe you beyond my capacity to repay. Thank you.

Please, please, either “friend” me on Facebook (walka2b) or join / follow the blog formally from the site. This is NOT the end of the story. I can say with certainty that this is just the start. Watch this space………….
