So here we are, another massive achievement by you and I hope you are pleased with yourselves! Earlier today my friend Kat and I paid in £615 that took the fundraiser over £90,000.

I am filled with pride and emotion for what we have achieved. The lives that this money has saved or changed over the last 9 years. It is both precious and slightly abstract. I accept we will never know the people that directly benefit from the money we have raised but just to know that we have made that difference is special.

Never feel powerless, never feel like donations are small, never give in. The world can be hard but there are wonderful people everywhere – I just happen to have come across £90,000 worth of them.
